I am counting this as day 3. I have been sick for the last three days. I have been feeling very yucky.
Beside watching what I eat and exercise I am also listening to weight loss hypnosis and using the body bugg.
My body bugg strap broke but they are sending one out right away and have extended my membership 2 months because of it. I really like the body bugg so that I know how many calories I burn each day. I don't use it so much for the calorie count as I do for the number of calories I have burned.
The hypnosis I feel is really working for exercise and eating. I notice that if I want something I don't always eat it. I also find that I am not as hungry at all.
I have been doing very well and have not felt hungry. These last three days of not feeling well has helped with not eating also, even though I would much rather feel better.
