Day 2 of my weight loss journey

Today was a good day.

For breakfast I ate a cereal bar and had coffee.
For lunch I had baked chicken, stuffing, peas and had water.
For dinner I had 3 cheeseburgers from White Castle and had water.

I did walk away the pounds 1 mile walk. I really like the walk away the pounds much better than the tread mill.

I felt hungry at certain points during the day, but it was not to bad.
