still on holiday

I stayed the same for 3 days, and today went up 2 pounds. Yikes.
Today we went to chuck e cheese, and I got salad, diet soda, and pizza. I ate more pizza then I should of. I surely need to get on the treadmill.

Christmas is past, and New Years is coming.

I did not too bad. I have eaten bad this week. I have eaten things I would not normally eat. I can feel it too. I feel more slugish, more tired, and my belly hurts a little. I have treadmilled here and there. I have gained about 4 pounds, but with my treadmilling I have stayed at the same weight for the last three day. I need to make sure I get my exercise daily. Once our holiday is up we are going on the WW strict again. Lots of fruits and veggies. Hope you had a great Christmas!

work lunch

I decided today that I would eat whatever I wanted to at our work lunch for the holiday.

I ate a lot. I ate the way I used to before weight watchers. I had all kind of food healthy and unhealthy. Within an hour of eating I felt awful. I was tired and dizzy. I did not eat anymore then I would have, I just allowed myself to eat the way I used to. I felt awful. I came home and took a nap. I woke up and feel amazing now.

I have decided I like the way I eat now much better than before I lost the weight.

Yikes!

I weighed in today and since November 19 I have lost .4. That is good for maintaining but not so much for losing.
I have to pay 13.00 when I weigh in now (man has that weekly price went up).
They tried to charge me 40 for today, because they did not realize that with life time you dont have to pay a huge fee after missing some meetings.
I am still happy to have the loss no matter what. By the end of January I want to lose 5 pounds, which is a lot considereing I ordered cheesecakes for Christmas. We shall see...

Tired

I am super tired for some reason today.

I have done good today. I had a coffee this morning. I had salad for lunch. I had zero point soup for dinner. Not to bad. Hopefully only crackers and cheese before dinner. I am hoping to lose some weight this week.

Stuck!

I have been feeling kind of stuck lately.

My husband reached his lifetime at WW. He has been of maintenance ever since. I have kind of put myself on maintenance. I am not trying to. I have eaten things I should not be and to much of it. I have not been exercising either. I have been at the same weight for a month and a half. It is good that I have not gained, but I have not lost either.

I was trying to lose more before the holiday partying begins. My insurance is not paying anymore for the WW because it is a new insurance year and my bmi to them is safe. I am trying to go only once a month to WW.

It is time to get on track.

Back again!

Ok I have been off here for a while.

I went to Vegas for a week and ate what I wanted while I was there. I truly enjoyed everything. We had some amazing breakfast at the Sugar Factory at the Paris hotel. When I came home I gained 3 pounds, then over the next 2 weeks lost it. After that was Thanksgiving and I did let myself have a great weekend. We had some cheesecake that we ordered from the Cheesecake Factory. I know a week later weigh the same as I did right before Thanksgiving. So for about a month and a half I have stayed at the same weight overall.

My WW is not being paid for by insurance anymore. Since I am lifetime at WW from before I will weigh in once a month and pay myself until I hit my goal.

Time to get back on track. I have done very well today, and that is a start. I have only eaten 18 out of my 29 points for the day. We will see.

Oh, and WW is changing this week I have heard.
