Hard time

I have been having a hard time this week. I lost weight last week. I have 15 more pounds to lose to reach my lifetime goal.

I have been eating more points this week then usual. I have been going over a bit here or there. I really need to get back into it, and start kicking butt.

I have been slacking in my exercise this week also. I walked in the park for one hour, and on the treadmill only for a half hour. That is surely not enough for a whole week, especially going over on my points eating.

I am sitting watching biggest loser while I type this. I need to get on the stick.

I just finished reading Ali's book and totally enjoyed it. I totally love her positive attitude. I really like her motivational attitude.

So Awesome!

I weighed in yesterday.

I lost 2.6 so super excited.
It is amazing. I am so happy about it.

I was so happy after having a gain the week before, to lose that much.

However, today I had a nacho from a Mexican restaurant for lunch today. That is a lot of points on WW. I am not sure how many points it is. For dinner though, we had tofu and veggies. My dinner was only 4 points, so that is making up for the lunch some. I just need to be careful how many snacks I have this evening.

Thinking about getting out and getting some walking in this weekend. Hopefully, it will not rain to much. It is cold out, and was hailing a while ago.

Weigh in day

Today is cold and rainy.

I weigh in today. I am hoping it goes well. Last week I gained and it was the first gain in the 27 I have been going. I feel like it is going to go well. I have tried hard all week. I did not exercise as much as I should have though. I did exercise good this weekend though.

We will see.

still cold

It surely feels like apple orchard weather out. Maybe this weekend.
Well, today I had Tim Horton sandwich for lunch and Dell Taco for dinner.
Dell Taco has 3 point tacos for WW.
They are very yummy also. MMMM.

I did not exercise today. My knee is hurting bad for some reason. I think it is the cold. My knees have not hurt in years.

Well ready to snuggle and watch some Hells Kitchen. I really like that show. Not a fan of the swearing though.

Cold and Blah

I am feeling cold and blah today.
Going from 96 to 65 degrees in 3 days is like wait a minute. I like it cooler, but it feels pretty cold today. I am feeling slightly lazy. Have housework to do but do not feel like it. I feel like laying on the couch with a blanket and a movie, cuddling with my family.

I did do crunches today and walk 20 minutes. I have eaten two burger king hamburgers so far today. I think we are having tofu with sauce and veggies later. I will be within my points so that is good.

Need to get motivated for sure.

Super hot out

How can it go from 96 today to 67 Monday. It will be nice for it not to be so super hot.
I walked 20 minutes today on the treadmill, and out of that 5 of them were jogging. I am excited about that.
I gained 1.2 this week, the first time in 27 weeks. I was kind of sad about it. I am doing good so far on eating, well pretty good.
I am hoping that Thursday I lose more than I gained.
I think I am going to look for some good recipes for the fall. Yum.
