47 degrees

Cold and snowing over the weekend, 47 and raining all day, and then 28 and snow tonight. Wow!

I am still happy about how great January has been.

I pulled my little guy in the snow Saturday, treadmilled last night, and probably treadmill tonight.

I am going to be so super good this week and see how much weight I can lose.

One week until weigh in

I have until next Saturday for my weigh in. I have to weigh in once a month now, because I have to pay 13 a week to go to WW since my insurance has quit paying. I got to a bmi they are happy with so they won't pay anymore.

I feel myself playing during the month and then trying to get back down, but not really losing. I still have a lot of weight to lose. I am at 165 now and want to get to 135, for ww 155.

I have done very well this last week at avoiding temtation and all. I want to really get it done this week so that I at least lose something when I step on the scale next Saturday.

We got 3 inches of snow over the weekend. I am so happy that we made it until the 20th of January. That is awesome.

Brrrrrrr

It is so super cold outside. I am happy that we made it until January 20 with no major snow. That is really cool. We are supposed to get 4 inches of snow tonight.

I need to get on the treadmill, but after about 20 minutes I am done. How do you keep yourself on the treadmill?

I need to motivate myself. Any ideas? I want to be bikini worthy by May but at least swim suit worthy. I have 3 and a half months. I need to figure it out.

Enjoy the cold. Cuddle alert for tonight. Yikes.

Weather

I have been sleepy this week. The weather getting cool then warm is not easy.
40 today and 20 tomorrow. It is supposed to snow tonight and tomorrow. I am glad we have avoided the snow for this long. Usually we have snow by Christmas.

I gained 8 pounds Christmas week.

From last Tuesday to Saturday I lost 3.6
This week only 1.2 so far, because I had pizza and cheesecake for my hubbys birthday. I need to get moving even more.

Tired

I am very sleepy today. Trying to get back into the swing of things after being off last week. It is Friday and I am super sleepy. I have been walking on the treadmill this week more then in a few weeks. I am trying to lose the weight I gained over my time off. I find that I have the hardest time eating while I am at work. If someone suggests oredering out I am right there ready to order. I really need to work on that.

I need to pack my lunch and eat what I pack, and then let myself eat out at work once a week. I need to figure out what I am going to do before Monday. When I am at home I am fine to eat healthy and reasonable.

feel rough

I have surely noticed that through this time off the unhealthy eating is bothering me. While I eat it takes great, but I am feeling so slugish. I am noticing today that I am tired and moving slower. I feel my jeans getting tighter also. Yikes.

I have to say I am kind of excited to get back into the swing of eating healthy.

I had breakfast this morning. Then for dinner I had pizza with veggies and dip.

The bad part of enjoying this much food this week, is now I will have to work all month to work off what I gained in one week.
