I have surely noticed that through this time off the unhealthy eating is bothering me. While I eat it takes great, but I am feeling so slugish. I am noticing today that I am tired and moving slower. I feel my jeans getting tighter also. Yikes.
I have to say I am kind of excited to get back into the swing of eating healthy.
I had breakfast this morning. Then for dinner I had pizza with veggies and dip.
The bad part of enjoying this much food this week, is now I will have to work all month to work off what I gained in one week.
