206.0 1 week -9.4
I am very excited. I lost 9.4 pounds this week. I was sick for a few days this week, so that probably helped the weight loss some. I did not get to much exercise though. I am feeling much better now and really want to get started on exercising.
I also really need to start concentrating on the healthiness of the food I eat. I have really cut back on the amount of food, but not yet worried about the quality of the food. I want this to be more than a diet. It needs to be a lifestyle change.
I really like the hypnosis. I was very skeptical in the beginning. I even tried to prove it wrong really. But I completely believe in it now. I am using the weight loss one in the hypnosis book I linked the other day. It really does work. I let myself relax, and listen. I am not even hungry often at all. I find myself full and not even interested in eating. We will see how this goes.

Day 3 of my weight loss journey
I am counting this as day 3. I have been sick for the last three days. I have been feeling very yucky.
Beside watching what I eat and exercise I am also listening to weight loss hypnosis and using the body bugg.
My body bugg strap broke but they are sending one out right away and have extended my membership 2 months because of it. I really like the body bugg so that I know how many calories I burn each day. I don't use it so much for the calorie count as I do for the number of calories I have burned.
The hypnosis I feel is really working for exercise and eating. I notice that if I want something I don't always eat it. I also find that I am not as hungry at all.
I have been doing very well and have not felt hungry. These last three days of not feeling well has helped with not eating also, even though I would much rather feel better.

Day 2 of my weight loss journey
Today was a good day.
For breakfast I ate a cereal bar and had coffee.
For lunch I had baked chicken, stuffing, peas and had water.
For dinner I had 3 cheeseburgers from White Castle and had water.
I did walk away the pounds 1 mile walk. I really like the walk away the pounds much better than the tread mill.
I felt hungry at certain points during the day, but it was not to bad.

Day one of my weight loss journey
215.4 pounds starting weight
I am starting a very important journey for myself. My weight loss journey. I am going to weigh myself in once a week to keep track of my progress, but I am going to update everyday to keep myself on track. I have decided to make a lifestyle change. Maybe someone will make a change also. It is very important to feel good and be healthy. My mind is in the right place and now my body needs to follow. As of right now I do not get much exercise and my diet is not all that great. My goal is to get to 135 pounds within one year.
I am planning on tracking my food, exercise, feelings, and progress. Thanks for following my journey.
