Ok today is weigh in day. We will see what happens.
Our treadmill went out last week so it has been a little rough.
We have walked at a park for one hour a day for 3 of the days. The other days I have not done much.
I feel amazing, and have more energy so I am hoping to have a loss this week.
We have been eating veggies and fruit. I love it.
-Laughing cow cheese is so super yummy, with some low fat crackers. It makes a great snack.
-I also tried broccoli slaw that someone had mentioned at our last meeting. It was good and did add some crunch to our salad.
-Weight Watchers has some good low point desserts also. They have an ice cream bar that is kind of like a snickers ice cream. Yum.
