I went to the doctor yesterday, and he was impressed.
I lost 21 pounds in 3 months.
My blood pressure went down even further.
My cholesterol was 209 and went down to 194.
In 3 months I went from high cholesterol to just above normal.
He said I don't have to come back until next year.

I am super happy. I wanted to go to see what 3 months could do. I am super excited.
