I have not posted in a while. I am going to try to post more often. Going strong on Weight Watchers and loving it. I feel amazing. I bought a smaller size jean a few weeks ago and they are starting to feel baggy. I love it. I have more energy and feel so much better.
Week 5 lost 3.2
Week 6 lost 1.4
Week 7 lost 1.4
Week 8 lost 1.2 (Easter week)
Week 9 lost 1.0 (mini vacation)
So in 9 weeks I have lost 19.6 total.
Sometimes I feel like it is going slow, but you should average 1-2 pounds a week, and I need to remember that I did not gain it that fast.
I am going to try to post new things that we eat that are yummy and low in points. I am also starting a blog for recipes that are low in points. I will post that link once I start it. I am so excited about my new lifestyle!
