Yesterday was the weigh in. I lost .8.
I was kind of bummed, but it is a loss and I need to be happy about that. I want to start losing over a pound a week.
I do not like when I have a meal and it is not that great. It bothers me because I try to choose good food to use my calories on. When it does not taste good or is cooked wrong it really bothers me, because I can not get those calories back.
I plan on getting some exercise and making good food choices this weekend.
