Feeling amazing
I usually do weight watchers. I lost 50 pounds, and then through the last two vacations I gained 15 back. I want to switch it up a bit. I am using myfitnesspal.com. I just started it yesterday. I will see how it goes. It goes just off of calories alone. We will see.
I weighed in at 184 this week so Monday I will see what I lost for the week, but I only started the my fitness pal on Thursday. Yesterday I went over my calories by 150. I really need to get on top of this.
I walked for 70 minutes at the track yesterday.
I am feeling very good. I am soaking up every second and enjoying myself. I really need to get my rear doing my housework. I have been slacking there big time.
I am really going to make some huge changes in myself. I just need to keep going and not slide back into the same old same old.
