Get on the stick

I need to get moving.

I have not done to well lately. I have lost a little and gained a bit, lost a little and gained a bit. I surely need to get moving.

I have been going over a bit on my points, and I have not been walking nearly as much lately.

It is time to get moving. I am like 3 pounds or so away from losing 50 pounds, and less than 15 pounds away from my goal.

I have been going so strong, and lately fell behind. It is time to get moving.
